Unfortunately this award winning event has now been deleted from the Hats program.

The Clare Valley Carnival of Music Festival is an annual  double award winning event, continuing to grow in regional standing and reputation.

The Festival program features

  • stage concerts

  • themed events

  • cafe style venues

  • workshops and special events.


The Festival has two themes: 

  • From Clare to Clare (Celebrating the Clare valley’s early Irish connections)

  • Bringing the World To The Clare Valley (Presenting a diversity of musical cultures and genres unique for a regional festival)


The Festival has four performance venues  all set within the ambience of the heritage town of Auburn and centred on the historic Courthouse Arts Centre  in St Vincent St.


Auburn is one of South Australia’s picturesque jewels with tree-lined streets, heritage architecture and at the gateway to the famous Clare Valley Wine Region. The festival prides itself on intimate performances where the audience are close to the performance  and can meet and mingle with performers. The Festival features great food and beverages (including those famous Clare Valley wines) a spectacular arts fair and great value for money. A day or weekend pass entitles you to attend any festival event.

2015 will be the 4th Music Festival held at the Auburn Cultural Centre

in the Clare Valley from Friday Nov 20 - Saturday November 21 2015.

The festival will feature interstate and SA music performers. Along with a Carnival Arts Market and Carnival Fine -Foodies market.
