The Hats Ruby Award-winning
Courthouse Cultural Centre
The Courthouse Cultural Centre comprises a small performance hall (100 seater) with in-house sound, lights and projection. Facilities include a Bar & Kitchen, Office Space, Courtyard, Storeroom. HATs has installed cabaret seats and tables, and maintained an arts/heritage form of decor that captivates visitors & audiences. In nine years HATs has built up a solid audience base for its Program of events that cover music, cabaret, theatre, puppetry, poetry and community events.
For special events HATs also uses its indoor & outdoor areas plus local venues to be able to accommodate up to 1,000 people.

2020 was a year like no other. Hats started well with a fabulous Sold out Fringe program only to close down in March because of Covid19. Sadly we did not open again during 2020 .


2018 has been & gone BUT the music lives on.

Program Launch - Carnival of Music
Clare Valley Carnival Of Music was officially launched at the Courthouse Cultural Centre by Geoff Brock MP for Frome and guest speakers Mayor Allan Aughey CGVC & Mark Stewart from Bungaree promising yet another gala weekend of world music, arts, and food for the Valley. This double Award winning event just gets better and better each year.
